Quik Hire Staffing seeks a Staff Ruby Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable Ruby-based systems in a fully remote role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and ensure robust performance.

Responsibilities include developing Rails applications and microservices, optimizing SQL, and writing well-tested code using RSpec or Minitest, with cloud exposure on AWS. The contract is long-term and globally distributed.

Competenze

• Proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and JSON services.
• Strong SQL optimization and database design knowledge.
