Quik Hire Staffing, on behalf of a global technology leader, is seeking a Staff Ruby Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable Ruby-based systems. This full-time, remote position allows you to work from anywhere while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will develop Ruby on Rails applications and microservices, optimize performance, write clean tests, and tackle production issues. Strong Rails, REST APIs, SQL, and cloud experience (AWS) are essential; long-term engagement
