Grand Hotel Timeo & Villa Sant'Andrea, a Belmond Hotel in Taormina, seeks a driven Staff House Coordinator for our brand-new employee residence in Giardini Naxos. You will manage property operations and create a welcoming, safe living experience for seasonal colleagues.

Responsibilities include supervising access control, enforcing health and safety rules, coordinating pre-arrival preparations and onboarding, overseeing departures, and handling administrative duties such as key cards and

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality operations or residence coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Italian and good working knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Manage property surveillance and access control.
• Enforce health and safety guidelines across the property.
• Coordinate pre-arrival preparations, including room inventory checks.
• Lead onboarding for new colleagues and issue electronic key cards.
• Oversee departure process and re-inventory rooms.
• Coordinate maintenance interventions and housekeeping shifts.
• Supervise waste management and recycling in line with Belmond policies.
• Manage internal parking and maintain registry of vehicles.
• Handle admin duties including key card troubleshooting and lost/found management.
