Docebo Inc. is hiring a Senior Product Engineer I to architect and deliver a world-class SaaS learning platform. You’ll join a cross-functional team and turn concepts into scalable production, embracing near-zero handovers to move ideas from whiteboard to global deployment.

You’ll focus on Golang development with frontend support when needed, applying modern backend, frontend, and cloud best practices in a hybrid Milan office environment.

Competenze

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Hands-on Golang experience is essential.
• Strong Agile/Scrum familiarity and CI/CD practices.
• DevOps exposure with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automation testing emphasis for reliable delivery.

Mansioni

• Design, implement, and deploy scalable software for our SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, and QA to ship features.
• Maintain code quality through reviews and clean documentation.
• Refactor and reduce technical debt to improve performance.
• Monitor live apps and troubleshoot to ensure smooth user experience.
• Engage in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
