Docebo, a leading AI-powered learning platform, is hiring a Senior Product Engineer I in Milan. You will design and deploy scalable features for a global SaaS platform as part of a cross-functional team. Embrace Near Zero Handovers and own ideas from concept through production in a hybrid work setup.

You will work with PHP, Node.js, Golang, TypeScript, and React in a cloud-native AWS environment, contributing to a fast, scalable product that shapes the future of work.

Competenze

• Four or more years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency with Golang as a primary language.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as code tools.
• Focus on automated testing and high-quality software delivery.
• Ability to collaborate across product, design, and QA teams.

Mansioni

• Design, implement, and deploy scalable solutions for our global SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA to translate concepts into features.
• Maintain code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Refactor and reduce technical debt to improve performance and maintainability.
