Infineon Technologies è alla ricerca di un Staff Engineer Controller Validation nel team di Ricerca & Sviluppo. In questa posizione svilupperai e verificherai i banchi di test per controller embedded e guiderai la validazione di firmware mediante HiL e automazione.

Il candidato ideale possiede una laurea in Informatica/Ingegneria/Elettrotecnica e almeno 3 anni in embedded, con C/C++, MATLAB o Python, debugging hardware e scripting di test. Inglese fluente è obbligatorio.

Competenze

• Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o Elettronica o equivalente; 3+ anni in sistemi embedded.
• Conoscenze di embedded C/C++, MATLAB o Python.
• Competenze di debugging hardware con oscilloscopi e multimetri.
• Esperienza in scripting di test automatizzati con Python.
• Inglese fluente (obbligatorio).

Mansioni

• Supporto allo sviluppo di bench di validazione.
• Esecuzione di HiL testing inclusa validazione firmware.
• Analisi e verifica del comportamento dei controller embedded rispetto ai requisiti di test.
• Documentazione di difetti e metriche di conformità in modo automatizzato.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Support the development of validation test benches
• Execute Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL)testing including firmware validation
• Analyze and verify embedded controller behavior against test requirements
• Document defects and compliance metrics in an automated way to maintain quality standards

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent3+ years of experience with embedded systems, specifically ARM Cortex-M MCUs
• Foundations in embedded C/C++, MATLAB or Python
• Hardware debugging skills using oscilloscopes and multimeters
• Experience in automated test scripting with Python
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
