Indie Campers in Italy invites students and recent graduates to join our Tourism & Operations Internship at our depot in Via Cristoforo Sabbadino, 147/b, 00148 Piana del Sole RM, Italy. You’ll be the friendly face of our brand, welcoming guests, setting them up for road trips, and ensuring their journey ends as wonderfully as it began.

As our Tourism & Operations Intern, you’ll work on front-office and back-office tasks, coordinate reservations, assist with stock and fleet management, and

Competenze

• You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or a related field looking for an internship.
• You are fluent in English, have a work permit (if applicable), and a valid driver’s licence (for both manual and automatic vehicles).
• You like international environments and meeting new cultures.
• You possess a natural talent for connecting with people and have a strong customer service orientation.
• You have a problem-solving mindset, thriving to create solutions and feeling comfortable with getting your hands dirty.

• Front-office activities: Customer service, check-ins/outs, register guests, process payments, explain campervan features, terms and upsell extras.
• Back-office activities: Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras and kits.
• Quality control: Maintain campervans in top condition, identify and address maintenance needs.
• Support activities: Monitor stock, coordinate fleet, troubleshoot operational issues.

THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for passionate students or recent graduates who want to dive into the exciting world of RV and campervan rentals and gain hands‑on tourism experience at our depot in Via Cristoforo Sabbadino, 147/b, 00148 Piana del Sole RM, Italy.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Front-office activities:

• Customer service and sales: Take care of check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, explain campervan functionalities, terms and conditions, upsell road trip extras.

Back-office activities:

• Operations handling: Align the reservations with the available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras and kits.
• Quality control: Maintain the campervans in top condition, identify and act on possible maintenance or repair needs.
• Support activities: Support the team in monitoring the existing stock, coordinating the fleet of campervans, troubleshooting operational issues.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or a related field looking for an internship;
• You are fluent in English, have a work permit (if applicable), and a valid driver’s licence (for both manual and automatic vehicles);
