Indie Campers is seeking a Tourism & Operations Intern for our Olbia depot. You will welcome guests, set up road trips, and ensure the guest journey starts and ends smoothly.

You’ll collaborate with the team in a fast-paced environment to support bookings, fleet coordination, and guest services. Ideal candidates are students or graduates in Hospitality or related fields, fluent in English, and holding a valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Front-office: welcome guests, check-ins/outs, process payments, explain campervan features, upsell extras.
• Back-office: coordinate reservations with campervans, prepare campers and kits, assist with stock and fleet coordination.
• Quality control: ensure campervan cleanliness and maintenance needs addressed.
• Support: assist team with problem solving and daily logistics.

THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for passionate students or recent graduates who want to dive into the exciting world of RV and campervan rentals and gain hands‑on tourism experience at our depot in Strada Statale Direzione Mater Olbia prima del ponte Padrongianus, 07026, Olbia. As our Tourism & Operations Intern, you’ll be the friendly face of our brand - welcoming guests, setting them up for road trips of a lifetime, and ensuring their journey ends just as wonderfully as it began. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Front-office activities:

• Customer service and sales: Take care of check‑ins and check‑outs, register guests, process payments, explain campervan functionalities, terms and conditions, upsell road trip extras.

Back‑office activities:

• Operations handling: Align the reservations with the available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras and kits.
• Quality control: Maintain the campervans in top condition and identify and act on possible maintenance or repair needs.
• Support activities: Support the team in monitoring the existing stock and coordinating the fleet of campers, troubleshoot operational issues

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or a related field looking for an internship;
• You are fluent in English, have a work permit (if applicable), and a valid driver's licence (fee ; for both manual and automatic vehicles);
• You like international environments and meeting new cultures;
• You possess a natural talent for connecting with people and have a strong customer service orientation;
• You have a problem‑solving mindset, thriving to create solutions and feeling comfortable with getting your hands dirty.
