Job summary

The Leading Hotels of the World is seeking a Revenue & Distribution Operations Specialist to support the daily operation of its hotel distribution services. Working with member hotels, internal teams, and technology partners, this role helps hotels set up and maintain their distribution channels and resolve connectivity issues.

This full-time position is based in Milan with a hybrid schedule: remote three days a week and in the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least two years of experience in hospitality revenue management, reservations, or distribution.
• Experience with CRS, OTA, GDS, PMS, or hotel connectivity processes; SynXis and GDS/DHISCO knowledge is valuable.
• Strong troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills; ability to manage several requests at once and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency in English; Salesforce or another case management system experience; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage distribution cases and requests, keeping hotels and internal stakeholders informed through resolution.
• Support hotel setup, connectivity, and channel activation across SynXis, OTA, GDS/DHISCO, and PMS-connected systems.
• Troubleshoot distribution issues and coordinate with internal teams and technology partners to resolve them.
• Handle vendor support requests and monitor open cases, escalations, and service deadlines.
• Maintain accurate case records and activity tracking in Salesforce and related systems.
• Create and update knowledge articles, operating procedures, and other distribution documentation.

Position Overview

The Leading Hotels of the World is seeking a Revenue & Distribution Operations Specialist to support the daily operation of its hotel distribution services. Working with member hotels, internal teams, and technology partners, this role helps hotels set up and maintain their distribution channels and resolve connectivity issues.

Reporting to the Manager, Revenue & Distribution Operations, the Specialist manages distribution requests and cases involving SynXis, OTA connectivity, GDS/DHISCO, and PMS-connected systems. The role also maintains accurate records and documentation to help deliver consistent service to member hotels.

This is a full-time position based in Milan. Our hybrid schedule allows employees to work remotely three days a week and requires office attendance on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage distribution cases and requests, keeping hotels and internal stakeholders informed through resolution.
• Support hotel setup, connectivity, and channel activation across SynXis, OTA, GDS/DHISCO, and PMS-connected systems.
• Troubleshoot distribution issues and coordinate with internal teams and technology partners to resolve them.

This position has no people management responsibilities. Travel may be required as needed.
