Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. in Torino seeks a Specialist Field Application Engineer to support customers with technical design, analysis and integration of Vishay components in complex applications.

You will perform non-routine technical analyses, provide quotes, carry out failure investigations, prepare maintenance instructions and act as a first escalation point within the technical team, in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Executes non-routine and case-specific technical analyses to support stakeholders and customers.
• Performs thorough root-cause analysis of failures and provides effective solutions.
• Provides qualified support for the team as a 2nd level operations support instance.
• Prepares maintenance schedules and technical documentation with clear working instructions.

Responsabilités

• Support customers in design, analysis and integration of Vishay components.
• Analyze customer set-ups and perform simulations to validate proposals.
• Participate in technical quotes and product selection decisions.
• Escalate and resolve technical issues, acting as a first point of escalation when needed.
