Stone Island in Milan is seeking a detail-oriented Special Projects Design Intern to join our team. The role focuses on supporting the development of special projects, capsule collections and collaboration initiatives from concept through execution.

You will assist in preparing technical drawings, sketches, design presentations and moodboards, while helping review prototypes and samples to evaluate design intent, materials and product execution.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development of special projects, capsule collections and collaborative initiatives from concept through execution.
• Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, sketches, design presentations and moodboards.
• Support the review of prototypes and samples, contributing to evaluation of design intent, materials and product execution.
• Organise and maintain project documentation, including artworks, colour references, technical files, finishes and product details.
• Contribute to research activities related to materials, industrial processes, innovation and design trends.
• Prepare briefs, presentations and supporting materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout development.

Your Impact

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the development of special projects, capsule collections and collaborative initiatives from concept through execution.
• Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, sketches, design presentations and moodboards.
• Support the review of prototypes and samples, contributing to the evaluation of design intent, materials and product execution.
• Organise and maintain project documentation, including artworks, colour references, technical files, finishes and product details.
• Contribute to research activities related to materials, industrial processes, innovation and design trends.
• Prepare briefs, presentations and supporting materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency and attention to detail throughout the development process.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interest in design, materials, industrial processes and innovation.
• Creative problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate ideas into practical and achievable solutions.
• Creative yet technical approach, combined with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Precision in preparing presentations, technical documentation and project briefs.
• Good organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
• Knowledge of technical drawing and sketching.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
