Lilly Italia is seeking a motivated Spare Parts Procurement & Analytics Intern to join the Engineering area at the Sesto Fiorentino site. This 6-month, office-based internship focuses on purchase order processing, data analysis, Power BI dashboard development, and process automation within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Competenze
- Master degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Statistics or Management Engineering.
- English level B2 required.
- Familiarity with lean concepts and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and drive to complete tasks.
Mansioni
- Process spare parts purchase orders from start to finish.
- Analyze data and build Power BI dashboards for tracking.
- Explore automation opportunities to improve processes.
- Map processes and resource usage across phases to spot bottlenecks.
- Propose new metrics to monitor performance of the area.
- Lead small/medium projects including digital solutions.
- Support rollout of new tools, including AI-based ones.
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, warehouse and suppliers to drive improvements.
