Eli Lilly Italia is offering a six-month internship in Spare Parts Procurement & Analytics within the Engineering area at the Sesto Fiorentino site. The role blends purchase order processing with data analysis, Power BI dashboard development, and process automation to improve efficiency in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

The position involves daily collaboration with Process Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, the Spare Parts Warehouse, Maintenance Managers and external suppliers,

Competenze

• Master Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Statistics, Management Engineering or a related discipline.
• English level B2
• Familiarity with lean concepts and a problem-solving mindset
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to see tasks through to completion

Mansioni

• Purchase Order Management: Process and monitor spare parts purchase orders, tracking their status through to completion.
• Data Analysis & Dashboards: Analyze process data and build Power BI dashboards. Explore process automation solutions where they add value.
• Process Modeling: Map processes and resource usage across the different phases to spot bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• KPI Design: Propose new metrics to monitor the area's processes and performance.
• Continuous Improvement Projects: Lead small and medium-sized projects, including digital solutions, applying lean principles.
• Tool Implementation: Support the rollout and adoption of new tools, including AI-based ones.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with maintenance, engineering, warehouse and supplier stakeholders to align on and drive improvements.
