Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA is seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator to manage purchasing, warehouse operations and calibration records for measurement instruments within the factory. You will interact with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and accurate documentation.

The role requires a detail-oriented, autonomous individual with experience in logistics or supply chain, knowledge of ERP systems, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or logistics-related education is preferred.
• Basic understanding of logistics, purchasing, and warehouse processes.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in similar roles (logistics, warehouse, purchasing, or supply chain).
• Knowledge of warehouse management processes and material handling.
• Familiarity with transport documents (delivery notes / DDT) and logistics flows.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and standard IT tools (Excel, MS Office).
• Basic knowledge of shipping processes and supplier management.

Mansioni

• Manage spare parts purchasing activities, including requesting/sending quotations and issuing daily purchase orders.
• Oversee spare parts warehouse operations: cataloguing materials, organizing shelving, monitoring stock levels, entering job orders, and filing documents to accounting.
• Coordinate spare parts shipments: organizing pickups from suppliers, preparing pallets for returns or repairs, issuing/d managing outbound delivery notes, and archiving calibration certificates for instruments.
