Job summary

Telespazio Flight Dynamics, located at the Fucino Space Centre in Italy, seeks a junior professional to support Mission Analysis, design, development and verification for GEO/LEO satellites. The role requires a degree in a relevant field and 0-5 years experience.

The candidate should have knowledge of programming (preferably Java) and the OREKIT library, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel and work during nonroutine operations.

Qualifications

• BS or Master’s degree in mathematics, physics, aerospace or a relevant engineering discipline.
• 0-5 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Good problem-solving, analytical and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Mission Analysis support for Flight Dynamics requirements specification, design, development and verification phases.
• Support Operations Concept definition and Preparations for Flight Dynamics.
• Support LEOP (Launch & Early Orbit Phase) planning and execution.
• Support routine phases from commissioning to graveyarding.
• Contribute to anomaly resolution and development of Operational Procedures and configurations.
