Job summary

Hisense is seeking a Sales Area Manager for the South Italy HVAC market. You will manage sales agencies, develop opportunities with installers and wholesalers, and drive forecasted targets while coordinating local marketing and customer visits.

Based in South Italy, you will travel ~70% and work in a multinational environment. The role requires 3-5 years in thermo-hydraulic/HVAC, strong interpersonal and commercial skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Sales Area Manager.
• 3-5 years of experience in thermo-hydraulic/HVAC sector.
• Strong interpersonal and commercial skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively within a multinational environment.
• Native Italian, good command of English.
• Based in South Italy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate sales agencies operating in the South Italy area to achieve targets.
• Develop business opportunities through commercial activities toward installers, wholesalers, designers, and industry stakeholders.
• Support and accompany sales agencies during customer visits and activities within the assigned territory.
• Scout and identify new potential clients and sales channels to expand business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Plan and coordinate local marketing activities related to the assigned area.
• Organize product presentation meetings and customer visits, independently and with sales agencies.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers while expanding the customer portfolio.
• Monitor, improve, and support the performance of sales agencies within the territory.
• Prepare periodic reports regarding ongoing activities and commercial negotiations.
• Update CRM systems and company reporting tools.
