Job summary

BearingPoint invites you to join its Sourcing & Procurement team in Milan or Turin, helping Italian and international clients design and realize their future state.

You will collaborate with an international team on end-to-end projects, covering operating models, eProcurement, spend management, and Ivalua configuration, testing, deployment and rollout.

Travel to client sites is required, and you will act as a local advisor while leveraging BearingPoint's global network.

• eProcurement technology vendor selections.
• Design and set-up of intelligent spend management approaches and solutions.
• Leading market solutions, with special focus on Ivalua, hands-on configuration, testing, deploy and roll-out.
• Assisting our client in meeting their vision and objectives, for companies in Italy and abroad by acting as local advisor.
• You will interact not only with your team colleagues, but also with our BearingPoint international network of Sourcing & Procurement experts, technology partners, suppliers and clients, always shadowing your internship’s tutor and project team.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a vital member of our team, you willwork with an international team delivering end-to-end projects in theSourcing & Procurement area.

You’llbe engaged in activities such as:

• Procurementoperating modelsand processesdesign, moving from classical to digitalapproaches;
• eProcurement technology vendorselections;
• Design and set-up of intelligent spend management approaches andsolutions;
• Leading market solutions, with special focus on Ivalua, hands-on configuration, testing, deploy and roll-out;
• Assistingour client in meeting their vision andobjectives, for companies in Italy and abroad by acting as local advisor.
• You will interact not only with your team colleagues, but also with our BearingPoint international network of Sourcing & Procurement experts, technology partners,suppliersand clients, always shadowing yourinternship’stutor and project team.

Background & Experience

• You have successfullycompletedaMaster’s Degreein Management Engineering,Computer Engineering, Economics & Management of Innovation, or similar fields.
• You are interested of e-Procurement and Spend Management solutions, with up to about five years of hands-on experience with Ivalua, having also mandatorily achieved Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, with L3 certification as a plus.
• An insatiable curiosity for emerging trends and technologies that drive digital and sustainable progress.
• A resolute focus on clients, with a drive to deliver tangible, lasting results that echo sustainability and digital advancement.
• An open, communicative, team-oriented approach underscored by genuine empathy.
• You have good problem-solving, team-working and presentation skills.
• An unwavering readiness to embrace both domestic and international travel.
• Youare abletocommunicate both in Italian and Englishat all levels of the Organization(other European languages will be considered as a plus).
