YIBI Group, a global manufacturing partner for luxury leather goods hardware, is seeking a Sourcing Manager based in Italy. You will bridge Italy's product development and sourcing ecosystem with YIBI's manufacturing capabilities.

In this remote, contract-based role you will build supplier relationships, identify development opportunities, and help align cost, quality and lead times with cross-functional teams across Italy and YIBI.

Competenze

• Experience in sourcing, leather goods, accessories, product development, or supplier management.
• Familiarity with hardware, metal components, and manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Strong commercial and product understanding.
• Existing industry relationships within Italy are an advantage.
• Remote, contract-based and project-oriented.

About the Role
