YIBI Group è alla ricerca di un Sourcing Manager basato in Italia con solida conoscenza di pelle, accessori e componenti. Ruolo chiave nel collegare l’ecosistema di sviluppo prodotto e sourcing italiano alle capacità di produzione di YIBI.

Responsabile di costruire relazioni con le funzioni interne e fornitori, monitorare lo stato delle supply chain italiane e guidare discussioni tra team italiani e la produzione. Ruolo remoto/contratto/progetto.

Competenze

• Esperienza in sourcing, sviluppo di articoli in pelle o strumenti di fornitura.
• Conoscenza di componenti hardware e processi di produzione.

Mansioni

• Costruire relazioni con i gruppi di sourcing, sviluppo prodotto e gestione fornitori.
• Identificare opportunità di sviluppo per articoli in pelle e accessori.
• Fornire insight su requisiti dei fornitori, specifiche prodotto, costi, qualità e lead time.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager based in Italy with a strong understanding of leather goods, accessories, components, and supplier collaboration. The role connects Italy's product-development and sourcing ecosystem with YIBI's manufacturing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with sourcing, product-development, and supplier-management teams.
• Identify relevant leather goods and accessories development opportunities.
• Provide insights into supplier requirements, product specifications, cost, quality, and lead-time expectations.
• Support discussions between Italian product teams and YIBI's engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Monitor developments within the Italian leather goods and accessories supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, leather goods, accessories, product development, or supplier management.
• Familiarity with hardware, metal components, and manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Strong commercial and product understanding.
• Existing industry relationships within Italy are an advantage.
• Remote, contract-based and project-oriented.
