You will connect brands with YIBI’s capabilities across product development, sourcing, and manufacturing, driving new opportunities and collaborations.

Role focuses on expanding relationships with Italian leather goods brands, bags, and accessories, leveraging existing industry ties to grow the business and deliver premium manufacturing

Competenze

• Experience in business development, product development, sourcing, sales, or supplier management.
• Familiarity with leather goods, bags, accessories, hardware components, or premium manufacturing.
• Understanding of product-development and manufacturing processes is highly valued.
• Strong commercial judgment and communication skills.
• Existing industry relationships in Italy are an advantage.

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager based in Italy to develop new opportunities across the Italian leather goods, accessories, and fashion ecosystem. The ideal candidate understands how design, product development, sourcing, and manufacturing work together and can help connect relevant brands and product teams with YIBI’s manufacturing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities with Italian leather goods, handbag, accessories, and fashion brands.
• Build relationships with product development, sourcing, procurement, and supplier-management professionals.
