Mondi Group is seeking a Solution Owner for M-Files and DocuSign to drive the integration and optimization of these platforms. You will align with IT and business partners, lead implementation, and continuously improve user experience across the organization.

You will collaborate with business units and groups to deliver solutions that meet evolving needs, educate users, and stay ahead of platform updates, ensuring secure collaboration and efficiency across Mondi’s global operations.

Competenze

• 3+ years with M-Files, DocuSign or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of document management and business processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Take on the main contact role for central business counterparts and collect demands.
• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of M-Files and DocuSign.
• Collaborate across teams to gather insights and drive improvements.
• Manage and sustain partnerships to run the mission effectively.
• Educate and empower users with training and support.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize functionality.
