Ascom is seeking an experienced Clinical Engineer to join as a Solution Architect, shaping customer‑driven architectures in healthcare IT. You will design technical and clinical solutions, working with Sales, Professional Services, and Delivery teams to address hospital needs across Italy, with Rome as a preferred base.

You will translate requirements into validated architectures aligned with Ascom’s product portfolio.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Engineer with a minimum of five years’ experience in the medical devices field to join us as a Solution Architect. As a Solution Architect, you will shape customer solutions from a technical, functional, and clinical perspective. Working closely with Sales, Professional Services, and Delivery teams, you will design solution architectures that address customer needs while remaining aligned with Ascom’s global product portfolio. The role supports customer opportunities across Italy (with a preference for Rome‑based candidates) and operates within an international Ascom setup, requiring strong collaboration across regions.

Qualifications
