Interroll Group cerca un Solution Engineer per il reparto Sales in Italia. Il ruolo prevede la progettazione di soluzioni di intralogistica, interpretazione di requisiti tecnici e creazione di layout con CAD, lavorando a stretto contatto con Sales, Engineering e produzione.

Competenze

• Laurea tecnica o diploma in ingegneria pertinente.
• Capacità di leggere e interpretare disegni tecnici.
• Conoscenze di CAD e strumenti di progettazione.
• Esperienza in progettazione di soluzioni ingegneristiche è preferibile.

Mansioni

• Consulenza ai clienti su soluzioni di movimentazione e intralogistica.
• Progettazione di concetti di flusso materiali e disegni tecnici basati sul portfolio Interroll.
• Preparazione e revisione di layout tecnici con CAD (AutoCAD 2D/3D).
• Sviluppo dell'ambito tecnico delle proposte ai clienti e supporto al preventivazione.
• Fornire competenze tecniche durante il ciclo di vendita e supporto ai Sales Manager.
• Coordinare le attività di order management in collaborazione con clienti e produzioni.
• Garantire la fattibilità tecnica e l’allineamento alle esigenze del cliente.
• Supportare l’esecuzione di progetti come interfaccia tecnica.

We are looking for a Solution Engineer to join our Sales Unit in Italy. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical partner throughout the sales process, designing material flow solutions and translating customer requirements into tailored technical concepts based on the Interroll platform portfolio. This is a highly technical role requiring the ability to interpret technical drawings, develop practical engineering solutions and work closely with Sales, Engineering, Production Plants and customers to deliver high-quality material handling projects.

Responsibilities

• Consult customers on material handling and intralogistics solutions.
• Design material flow concepts and prepare technical drawings based on the Interroll platform portfolio.
• Prepare, review and maintain technical layouts and drawings using CAD tools (e.G. AutoCAD 2D/3D).
• Develop the technical scope of customer proposals and support quotation preparation.
• Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and support Area Sales Managers during customer engagements.
• Coordinate order management activities in collaboration with customers, Area Sales Managers Solution and production plants.
• Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, competitive and aligned with customer requirements.
• Support project execution by acting as the technical interface between internal stakeholders and customers.

Background

• Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D or equivalent CAD software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (mandatory).
• Previous experience in solution engineering, mechanical design, industrial automation or a similar technical environment is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of material handling, conveyor systems, intralogistics or industrial automation is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of autonomy, flexibility and customer orientation.
