The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Solar PV Project Engineer in Italy to drive engineering, permitting and execution of utility-scale PV plants across the country.

You will lead design, feasibility, grid access and documentation for Sole Authorization, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely project delivery. Fluency in Italian and English, 5 years in PV/wind, and willingness to travel are required.

Competenze

• 5 years of experience in PV and/or wind project development/execution.

• Perform energy yield assessments and feasibility studies, evaluate layout tradeoffs

As Solar PV Project Engineer in Italy, you will drive the engineering, permitting and execution of utility‑scale PV plants. You will work within a team delivering high-performance, regulation-aligned renewable projects across Italy, from design and feasibility to documentation and grid access. You'll address technical optimization, due diligence and compliance, enabling successful Sole Authorization and construction milestones. This role offers impact by shaping large-scale solar developments in a market-leading portfolio. You will collaborate across functions to ensure safe, efficient project delivery and grid integration.

• MSc or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar

• Strong understanding of Italian grid regulations and authorization processes
• Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, QGIS, and MS Office
• Experience with Sole Authorization processes and documentation for grid connection
• Fluent in Italian and English (C1)
• Willingness to travel across project locations in Italy
