The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Solar PV Project Engineer in Bolzano, Italy to drive engineering, permitting and execution of utility-scale PV plants.

You will optimize designs, perform energy yield assessments, prepare Sole Authorization and grid-connection documentation, and support commissioning while traveling across project sites in Italy. Fluency in Italian and English (C1) and 5 years of PV/wind experience are required.

Competenze

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar.
• At least 5 years of PV and/or wind project development/execution experience.
• Fluent in Italian and English (C1).
• Willingness to travel across project locations in Italy.

As Solar PV Project Engineer in Italy, you will drive the engineering, permitting and execution of utility-scale PV plants. You will work within a team delivering high-performance, regulation-aligned renewable projects across Italy, from design and feasibility to documentation and grid access. You’ll address technical optimization, due diligence and compliance, enabling successful Sole Authorization and construction milestones. This role offers impact by shaping large-scale solar developments in a market-leading portfolio. You will collaborate across functions to ensure safe, efficient project delivery and grid integration.

• Develop and optimize PV system designs (module layout, sizing, electrical configuration)
