The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Solar PV Project Engineer in Italy to drive electrical design, permitting, and execution of utility-scale PV plants. You will deliver high-performance, regulation-aligned renewable projects across Italy from design to grid access and construction milestones.

You will develop PV system designs, perform energy yield assessments, and prepare essential Sole Authorization and grid connection documentation.

Competenze

• MSc or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar.
• 5 years of experience in PV and/or wind project development/execution.
• Strong understanding of Italian grid regulations and authorization processes.
• Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, QGIS, and MS Office.

• Develop and optimize PV system designs (module layout, sizing, electrical configuration)
• Perform energy yield assessments and feasibility studies, evaluate layout tradeoffs
• Design internal electrical lines, MV/HV substations, and overhead lines

As Solar PV Project Engineer in Italy, you will drive the engineering, permitting and execution of utility-scale PV plants. You will work within a team delivering high-performance, regulation-aligned renewable projects across Italy, from design and feasibility to documentation and grid access. You’ll address technical optimization, due diligence and compliance, enabling successful Sole Authorization and construction milestones. This role offers impact by shaping large-scale solar developments in a market-leading portfolio. You will collaborate across functions to ensure safe, efficient project delivery and grid integration.

• Develop and optimize PV system designs (module layout, sizing, electrical configuration)
