Rockwell Automation is seeking a Software Test Engineer in Verona, Italy, with a hybrid schedule. You will contribute to testing FactoryTalk Optix, a modern visualization platform designed for efficiency, scalability and collaboration in industrial environments.

You will support testing across the development lifecycle, working with experienced engineers to ensure product quality. Requirements include a Bachelor's in CS or equivalent, basic testing experience, Python familiarity, and 1+ year in

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education.
• Basic knowledge or initial experience in software testing.
• Basic programming knowledge (preferably Python).
• Familiarity with Windows or Linux operating systems.
• 1+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• English skills.

Mansioni

• Complete software testing activities, including test design, execution, and reporting.
• Contribute to creation and maintenance of manual and automated test cases.
• Help develop automated tests using Python or Squish.
• Participate in reviews of requirements, designs, and test cases.
• Monitor test execution results and report defects.
• Maintain test documentation according to team standards.
• Collaborate with global teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Support CI activities by building/updating test cases.
