Applied Materials is seeking a Software (Technical) Support Engineer to join the team in Dresden, Germany. The role focuses on troubleshooting software systems, performing installations and imaging, and validating software releases for high-volume manufacturing tools.
You will engage with customers across Europe, provide technical training, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver robust solutions.
Competenze
- Strong communication skills in English; German is beneficial.
- Willing to travel to customer locations in Europe up to 50%.
- Team player with ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams.
Mansioni
- Troubleshoot software systems and validate solutions; provide root-cause analysis.
- Install and image software on various stages of product life cycle; document procedures.
- Test, validate, and create installation/upgrade instructions for product releases.
