Job summary

Alpitronic in Italy seeks a Software Scrum Master for its Software R&D team. You will coordinate tasks, allocate resources, monitor timelines and promote Agile practices across the team.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electronics, Mechanical or Management Engineering, has proven Scrum Master experience, a strong embedded software background, and excellent planning and communication skills. English is essential; Italian or German are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Management Engineering.
• Proven experience as SW Scrum Master in a tech engineering environment.
• Strong embedded software background.
• Excellent planning and task management capabilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile; Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Very good command of English; Italian and/or German are an advantage.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Management Engineering
• Proven previous experience as SW Scrum Master, ideally withing a tech engineering company
• Strong embedded SW backgrounds
• Strong planning and task management capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with agile framework; Scrum Master certification is a plus
• Very good command of English; Italian and/or German are an advantage
