Eight Sleep, Inc. in Milano is seeking a Software Engineer to ship landing pages and run a high volume of A/B tests for eightsleep.com. You’ll collaborate with growth, marketing, and design to optimize analytics and conversion funnels on a globally served storefront.

The role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring strong React/Next.js and TypeScript skills, 5+ years in frontend web development, and a thirst to ship measurable experiments quickly in a growth/ecommerce context.

The role

We're hiring a Software Engineer to help us move fast on eightsleep.com. You'll work closely with the growth, marketing, and design teams to ship landing pages, run a high volume of A/B tests, and keep our analytics and conversion funnels sharp on a high-traffic storefront serving customers around the world.

How you’ll contribute

• Build marketing pages. Ship landing pages, campaign pages, and partner/influencer pages, translating designs into clean, responsive, accessible components.

• Run experiments end-to-end. Design, build, and launch A/B tests; instrument the funnels you need, then read the results and share what you learn. Bring your own test ideas to the table.

• Build scalable, templatized systems that make launching new pages efficient and consistent.

• Own the analytics stack. Maintain and extend our tracking and advertising integrations, and keep event data accurate and privacy-compliant.

• Optimize conversion. Improve every step of the funnel: promos, email capture, CTAs, messaging, and page performance.

• Own SEO and accessibility. Keep metadata, sitemaps, structured data, and page speed in great shape, and make sure everything you ship is accessible.

• Build for a global audience. Create localized pages and experiments across our supported regions and languages.

What you need to succeed

• Strong React and Next.js experience; comfortable across the modern front-end stack and TypeScript.

• Experiment-design sense. You can frame a clean hypothesis, think about sample size and significance, and trust a result before acting on it.

• 5+ years in front-end web development, ideally in growth, marketing, or ecommerce contexts.

• Strong attention to detail. You QA your own work and ship things that don't bounce back.

• Hands-on with product analytics (Amplitude or similar): funnels, cohorts, and event tracking.

• Comfortable with Google Tag Manager and GA4.

• Care for web performance (Core Web Vitals) and accessibility.

• Awareness of data privacy / consent requirements and how they affect tracking.

• AI built into how you work. You use coding assistants and other AI tools to move faster and raise your output.

• A bias toward shipping quickly and iterating.

Bonus points for

• Experience with SEO/AEO, including structured data.

• Internationalization / localization work.

• Server-side conversion tracking (CAPI / server-to-server).

• Tailwind CSS and design-system component work; Figma-to-code workflows.

• Familiarity with a headless CMS and media/asset pipelines.

• Experience with media-heavy sites and asset optimization.
