Stealth Healthcare AI Startup in Europe is seeking a Software Engineer to own features end-to-end, shaping product and development. You will design, build and ship backend services, APIs and user interfaces while integrating AI components with attention to correctness and latency.

We value curiosity to learn new tools, rigorous automated testing, and strong collaboration. This is a remote/hybrid EU role with stock options and a path to influence architecture from day one.

Competenze

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Willingness to work full-stack with curiosity to learn new tools and languages quickly.
• Solid habits around automated testing, code review and CI/CD.
• Interest in, or hands-on experience with, professional use of agentic coding tools.
• Autonomy and proactivity; shaping processes as we grow in a regulated space.
• Strong collaboration, communication and teamwork in English (Italian a plus).
• Experience with health software regulatory requirements is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Design, build and ship features across the stack: backend services, APIs and user interfaces.
• Integrate AI components (LLMs, agents, pipelines) into a real product with latency and traceability constraints.
• Use agentic coding tools daily, exercising judgment on when to rely on them.
• Contribute to architecture and product decisions in a small, fast-moving team.
