Job summary

KIKO MILANO is seeking a Content & Editorial Intern to join our Brand Team in Italy. You will craft original copy for digital and offline channels, adapt content for multiple touchpoints, and help prepare briefs and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of original copy for offline and online channels in line with brand tone.
• Adapt existing content across touchpoints to maintain consistent messaging.
• Help develop briefs and presentations with gathered materials and information.
• Organize and archive documents and content assets accurately.
• Assist in internal content validation with Legal and Regulatory teams.
• Coordinate translation requests with internal and external teams (Wezen uploads).
• Track content delivery timelines and assist with project deadlines.
• Conduct basic competitive research and monitor industry trends.

Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Content & Editorial Intern to join KIKO MILANO’s Brand Team, reporting to the Editorial Coordinator.

In particular, you will:

• Support the creation of creative and original copy for both offline and online channels, in line with the brand’s tone of voice and guidelines
• Assist in adapting existing content across different touchpoints, ensuring consistency of messaging across channels
• Contribute to the collection of materials and information for the development of briefs and presentations
• Support the organization and accurate archiving of documents and content assets
• Assist in the internal content validation process, coordinating inputs from Legal and Regulatory teams
• Support the management of translation requests, liaising with internal Project Managers and external agencies (including uploads on internal platforms such as Wezen)
• Help track content delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with project deadlines and priorities
• Conduct basic research on competitors, communication trends, and relevant sources to support content development
