SharkNinja in Milano is seeking a Social Affiliate Specialist to grow our social commerce presence across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. You’ll manage day-to-day affiliate campaigns, onboard creators, and collaborate with internal teams to drive visibility, engagement and sales.

You’ll need 1+ year in social media or affiliate marketing, strong communication and data-driven mindset, and a results-oriented approach in a fast-paced consumer brand environment. Hybrid work options available.

• Strong understanding of social platform ecosystems (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and creator culture.

• Support the day-to-day execution of SharkNinja's social affiliate programme across key platforms, identifying, onboarding, and engaging creators and partners that align with brand objectives.
• Assist in the delivery of affiliate campaigns designed to drive product visibility, engagement, and sales, following direction set by the TikTok Shop Manager.
• Maintain close communication with affiliate creators, offering timely support, responses to BAU questions, performance insights, and creative guidance to optimise results.
• Monitor affiliate performance using platform-native analytics and internal dashboards, flagging trends and insights to the Affiliate Manager for optimisation.
• Manage administrative tasks such as partner tracking, commission setup, content approvals, and compliance checks, ensuring accurate execution and reporting.
• Stay informed on emerging social commerce trends, creator opportunities, and competitor activity across platforms to help shape campaign execution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of affiliate workflows and partner processes, supporting team efficiency and scalability.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Social Affiliate Specialist to support the growth and performance of SharkNinja's social commerce presence across key platforms. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations and execution of social affiliate strategies — working closely with internal teams and creators to drive product visibility, engagement, and revenue.

About You

• At least 1 year's experience in social media, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing - ideally within eCommerce or consumer brands. Experience with social commerce affiliate programmes is advantageous.
• A strong understanding of social platform ecosystems, creator culture, and content trends across channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
