SharkNinja is seeking an Affiliate Specialist to join our Southern European DTC team with a focus on the Italian market. You will drive affiliate strategy, manage AWIN, onboard partners, and optimize revenue with publishers across Italy.

Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, you will execute campaigns, negotiate terms, track KPIs, and collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing, Performance, Social, and Creative teams to accelerate growth and support product launches.

Competenze

• Experience in affiliate marketing and partner marketing.
• Strong understanding of affiliate networks, platforms, and top publishers in Italy.
• Hands-on experience managing affiliate networks (AWIN preferred).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize performance.

• Fluency in Italian.

Mansioni

• Execute and optimize the affiliate strategy for Italy to drive DTC revenue growth.
• Manage the AWIN affiliate network in collaboration with AWIN Account Managers to ensure best-in-class execution.
• Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners including publishers, influencers, cashback, vouchers, content & tech partners, price comparison sites, CPC partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms with the network and affiliates to maximize performance and profitability.
• Plan and execute affiliate campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives with partners and the network.
• Manage creatives, offers, commissions, and ongoing communications with publishers within the network.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, analyze trends, and continuously optimize the channel.
• Attend meetings and prepare regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key affiliates while diversifying publisher and vertical mix.
• Collaborate with E-commerce, Marketing, Performance, Social, and Creative teams to support business objectives.
• Support SharkNinja product launches, trading moments, and testing of new growth opportunities.
• Contribute to regional and global best practices, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives in the affiliate channel.
• Own day-to-day affiliate platform and network management.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an Affiliate Specialist to join our Southern European DTC team, with a focus on the Italian market. We are looking for a driven specialist with strong Affiliate & Partner Marketing experience in Italy to help execute and scale our strategy in line with our ambitious DTC trading and growth objectives.

Reporting into the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of the affiliate channels, with the mission to manage affiliate programs, optimize sales initiatives, and accelerate growth with key partners across Italy.

This role will execute and adapt the affiliate and partner plan, while planning and delivering promotions and growth initiatives across the region.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute and optimize the affiliate strategy for Italy to drive DTC revenue growth.

• Manage the AWIN affiliate network in close collaboration with AWIN Account Managers, ensuring best-in-class execution and performance.

• Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners including publishers such as influencers, cashback, voucher, content- & tech partners, price comparison sites, CPC cooperation’s etc.

• Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with the affiliate network and individual affiliate partners to maximize performance and profitability.

• Plan and execute affiliate campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives together with affiliate partners and the network.

• Manage creatives, offers, commissions, and ongoing communication with publishers within the affiliate network.

• Monitor performance againstKPIs,analyzetrends, and continuously optimize the channel.

• Attend meetings and prepare regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key affiliates while diversifying the publisher and vertical mix.

• Collaborate closely with eCommerce, Marketing, Performance, Social, and Creative teams to support overall business objectives.

• SupportSharkNinjaproduct launches, key trading moments, and the testing of new growth opportunities.

• Contribute to regional and global best practices, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives within the affiliate channel.

Administration

• Own day-to-day affiliate platform and network management.

• Create promotional codes and manage sample send-outs, commission adjustments, campaign setups, sales validations.

• Brief, coordinate, and manage banner and creative requests for campaigns and exclusive affiliate cooperations.

• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution,product feeds,and smooth technical execution across all affiliate activities.

• Manage budgets, onboard vendors, coordinate contracts with Legalas well as relevant invoice coordination.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing and/or performance marketing.

• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, networks, platforms, and top publishers in Italy.

• Hands‑on experience managing affiliate networks (AWIN experience preferred).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable working with external partners.

• Proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven, thriving in a fast‑paced, international environment.

• Commercially minded with a creative, test‑and‑learn approach.
