What You'll Own

• Clear sidewalks, entrances, and driveways by shoveling, snow-blowing, and salting alongside your crew the moment a storm hits.

• Keep properties open and passable so people can get where they need to go through the worst of winter.

• Follow your crew lead's plan, hitting the priority sites first and moving fast to clear the whole route.

• Work through the storm, handling long shifts in cold and snow with a crew that pushes through together.

• Take care of the gear, keeping shovels, blowers, and spreaders ready to go.

What You Bring

-A strong work ethic and the reliability to show up when the snow does. That's when this job matters most.

-No experience required. We'll train you on the tools and the routes.

-This is a seasonal winter role (roughly November through April) with on-call storm response: nights, weekends, holidays, and long shifts when snow hits.

-The physical stamina to shovel, salt, and snow-blow for extended periods outdoors in cold, snow, and ice.

-A valid driver's license is a plus, but not required.
