The role involves conducting stress tests, analyzing data, and supporting qualification reports, with a salary range of €38,000–€45,000 gross annually and consideration for market benchmarks.

Competenze

• Master's degree in physics or electronic engineering.
• Knowledge of reliability failure mechanisms.
• Knowledge of technology steps and features.
• Good programming fundamentals and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency with LabVIEW and/or Python.

Mansioni

• Define reliability qualification plans for Smart Power BCD components.
• Ensure proper reliability characterization and qualification of dielectric layers.
• Execute reliability stress tests and electrical characterization measurements.
• Analyze electrical data, perform drift analyses, and support qualification reports.
