Davines Group, based in Parma, Italy, is seeking a Product Manager to steer the global skincare marketing strategy for its professional lines, aligning with brand values of beauty, ethics and sustainability. You will identify opportunities, translate them into concepts, manage development, growth and activation, and connect market trends with commercial objectives to strengthen brand equity.

Competenze

Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience with product development at HQ level.
Strong knowledge of international beauty markets.
Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.
Fluent in English; Italian or French a plus.

Mansioni

Define a competitive global marketing plan for new launches and core SKUs.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop products and launch content.
Own briefing process from concept to activation, ensuring clear USP and messaging.
Create engaging presentations for stakeholders across launch journeys.
Manage product data quality and analyze results for improvements.
Define and manage the marketing budget for the lines.
Coach and develop team members for improved performance.
