Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Growth and Sales Director for Environment & Health to lead and grow the Site Solutions department across Spain and the wider Iberian market. You will drive business development, manage major client relationships, and deliver complex site investigation and remediation projects with technical excellence.

The role requires strong knowledge of contaminated land, remediation strategies, and regulatory developments, plus leadership and strategic sales capabilities to achieve

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong demonstrable experience in contaminated land management, remediation, soil and groundwater investigations, environmental compliance and site redevelopment.
• Proven business development success and ability to lead complex site projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Site Solutions, build a sustainable sales pipeline and ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Lead contaminated land, remediation, soil/groundwater assessment and site redevelopment projects across multiple sectors.
• Provide technical leadership on remediation technologies, risk-based approaches, and regulatory developments.
• Oversee project delivery focusing on client satisfaction, quality, and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with Ramboll experts to integrate site development and environmental solutions.
