ERM Italy is seeking a motivated Consultant with a passion for sustainability to join our Site Investigation & Remediation (SIR) Team in Italy. The role is a mixed of on-site (primarily) and desk work, with our offices based in Milan, and travel expected with flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities include field work across groundwater, soil, waste, soil vapor, air, sediment and surface water sampling, data quality control, reporting, and supporting project managers to deliver within

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in an environmental discipline.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
• 2-5 years’ work experience as environmental consultant and field manager/technician.
• Knowledge of Italian environmental legislation, especially Contaminated Sites and waste management.

Mansioni

• Prepare, manage, and execute environmental field work in investigations and remediation.
• Conduct field sampling across groundwater, soil, waste, air, and water.
• Oversee subcontractors during drilling and remediation system operations.
• Manage environmental data quality control, interpretation, visualization and reporting.
• Support project managers to deliver within quality/budget/schedule.
• Prepare technical proposals and cost estimates.
