Amazon Italia Transport Srl - E54 seeks a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead engineering at a Fulfillment Center in Italy. You will drive safety, ensure compliance, and maintain high equipment availability for the General Manager.

You will coordinate with EU Engineering, manage headcount, and participate in network-wide improvements. Travel about 15% to other sites is required.

Competenze

• Experience managing teams or in an operational role.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited university.
• Multi-skilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Ability to communicate in English and Italian at CEFR B2 or higher.
• Experience with automated equipment including packaging machinery, sortation and conveyor systems.

Mansioni

• Lead the team, own annual reporting for the team and mentor direct reports.
• Collaborate with Site Safety and Site Leadership to implement safety and compliance programs.
• Manage headcount in collaboration withRecruitment to ensure high-quality staff.
• Implement EU-approved engineering standards and drive continuous improvement, focusing on preventive maintenance.
