Tradebe Adro in Adro, Brescia, Italy, seeks a Site Manager to oversee all operations of its hazardous liquid industrial waste treatment facility. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive safety, production, maintenance and quality, and ensure financial and environmental targets are met.

As Technical Manager, you will handle Capex planning, maintenance scheduling, SHEQ audits, and act as key interface with regulators and stakeholders, while promoting a strong safety culture and continuous

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in chemical/industrial/environmental engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing a liquid waste or chemical plant.
• Experience in waste/chemical/petrochemical/oil & gas industries; plastics/pharma a plus.
• Experience with P&L management and budgeting.
• SAP/ERP experience for operations, financials and reporting.

Mansioni

• Oversee all site operations (Production, Maintenance, Laboratory) and coordinate with Logistics and SHEQ.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of 11-12 employees with focus on safety and continuous improvement.
• Achieve plant EBITDA, SHEQ and KPI targets and manage Capex proposals and implementation.
• Own P&L and financial performance, including budget oversight and cost control.
• Represent the site in regulatory audits, inspections and external engagements.
