Tradebe is seeking a SHEQ Technician in Fidenza, Italy, to help implement and maintain Safety, Health, Environment and Quality systems at site level. The role assists with compliance, incident investigation, risk assessments, and regulatory liaison in a growing, international industrial environment focused on sustainability and continuous improvement.

The candidate should have a degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of SHEQ/HSE experience, with good English language skills.

Competenze

• Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SHEQ, HSE, or related technical roles.
• Exposure to chemical/industrial environments is a plus.
• Understanding of industrial permits and safety compliance systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Support the implementation and maintenance of SHEQ systems and procedures
• Monitor daily SHEQ activities across Operations, Laboratory, and Engineering departments
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and internal SHEQ standards
• Support incident investigations and corrective/preventive action plans
• Participate in operational and maintenance risk assessments
• Coordinate documentation and compliance related to AIA, IPPC, and other permits
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and external assessors
• Deliver SHEQ-related training sessions to site personnel
• Support environmental monitoring and reporting activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to safety and environmental performance

We are currently looking for a SHEQ Technician to join our team in Fidenza, Italy.

About the role

Reporting directly to the SHEQ Manager, this person will support the implementation and maintenance of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality systems at site level, ensuring compliance with regulations, company standards, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of SHEQ systems and procedures
• Monitor daily SHEQ activities across Operations, Laboratory, and Engineering departments
