Ceisis SpA is seeking a Site Manager / Construction Site Supervisor to coordinate and supervise on-site operations in our Italy-based projects. The role demands overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely progress.

You will monitor schedules, budgets, and quality, enforce health and safety regulations, and resolve daily technical and logistical issues. Travel willingness is required.

Competenze

• Experience as Site Manager or Construction Site Supervisor is required.
• Technical education such as a Diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations.
• Willingness to travel.
