Bonatti seeks a Site Administrator to join our Administration, Finance & Control Department and work at project sites in Europe. The role supports the Site Finance Manager across accounting, reporting, budgeting, and payroll functions.

Required: Degree in Economics or similar, JDEdwards and MS Office proficiency, fluent English, and willingness to relocate within Europe after initial assignment in Italy. This site-based position offers exposure to diverse projects and teams.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics or similar.
• Experience in similar roles in a corporate environment; knowledge of JDEdwards and MS Office.
• Fluent English.
• Available to relocate to Europe and Extra-EU countries after initial assignment in Italy.

Mansioni

• Perform general accounting at site, including monthly journal entries and reconciliations.
• Process site payroll for management and employees.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and financial reports.
• Support internal controls and compliance with corporate policies.
• Assist audits and respond to requests for site financial information.
• Collaborate with site and cross-functional teams to support business goals.
