Syneos Health, Inc. is hiring a Contract Management Assistant to support Site Start-Up activities, focusing on investigator site contracts, ethics submissions, and essential documents required for site initiation.

You will collaborate with global Clinical Operations teams under the SSU Country Manager to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance. The role requires English fluency, strong computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across Italy.

• Ability to interact effectively with site personnel and internal stakeholders.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist in administration of contract management and essential document processes for site contracts, at project/country/site level.
• Support quality control and translation processes related to submissions, contracts and documents.
• Assist in negotiations of budgets and contracts with sites via the Site Contracts Service Center and SSUL until issues are resolved.
• Help prepare and generate contract/budget documents and streamline processes; contribute creative ideas for improvements.
