Flutter SEA is seeking a skilled Visual Design Manager to define effective communication strategies for Sisal products, with a focus on betting. You will translate business needs into high-impact visuals and drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to strengthen the brand image.

You will lead the visual design team within Marketing, ensuring quality standards and building strong stakeholder relationships while promoting an omnichannel approach.

Competenze

• Degree or specialization in Graphic Design/Advertising/Visual Design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma.
• Good written and spoken English.

Your team

A team of visual designers specialized in creating visuals for all products—lotteries, betting, and casino—ensuring consistency and quality across every communication channel, from websites and apps to physical retail locations.

Your role

My role is to lead the definition of the most effective communication strategies, with the goal of building a strong and consistent brand image. I coordinate the creative team by translating business needs into high-impact visual solutions and work closely with business teams to build strong, collaborative, and results-driven relationships.

What you’ll do:

• You will join the Visual Design Management team, within the Marketing team, reporting directly to the Visual Design Manager.
• You will have the opportunity to develop visual communication for all Sisal products (with a focus on Betting) and building an omnichannel brand image.
• You will have the opportunity to work closely with Brand and Communication team, Convertion and Activation Team Team and Content Team.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
• Ensure adherence to internal frameworks, policies, controls and quality standards.

What you’ll bring:

• Degree or specialization school in Graphic Designer / Advertising Graphic / Visual Designer
• Good ability to use the Adobe suite and other design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma)
• Ability to find creative concepts and masterfully implement them across digital touchpoints
• A good level of English, both spoken and written, is required.
