Job summary

Flutter SEA is offering a 6-month internship for a Channel Evolution CVM Strategy Trainee in Milan, Italy. The role involves assisting with digital channels evolution for Sisal Italy, market research, and data tracking.

You will work in collaboration with international teams across product, design, tech and marketing, with a hybrid working model. ideal candidates are recent graduates or Master’s students in economics, management, marketing or related fields, fluent in Italian and English, with

• Support digital channels evolution : Assist the team in observing, mapping, and planning continuous improvements for Sisal’s app and web touchpoints.
• Explore market trends & best practices: Help conduct market research, benchmark digital experiences, and gather inspiration from leading industry and cross-industry apps.
• Assist in data & performance tracking: Support the collection and visualization of basic key metrics, user feedback, and digital performance to help derive actionable insights.
• Cross-functional collaboration : Participate in day-to-day project coordination, collaborating with international colleagues and different internal teams (product, design, tech, and marketing).

What you’ll bring:

• Educational background: A recent graduate or Master’s student in Economics, Management Engineering, Marketing, Communication, Data Analysis, or equivalent digital/business fields.
• Mindset: Curious, proactive, and passionate about how digital products work (websites, apps, and user journeys).
• Analytical & creative blend: Naturally inclined toward problem-solving, with a balance of logical thinking and creative interest in user experience.
• Soft skills: Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a self-starter attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Tools: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Languages: fluent in both Italian and English
