Job summary

Danfoss is seeking an experienced SIOP Specialist – EMEA, Fluid Conveyance, to strengthen regional Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning and connect demand, supply and capacity planning across EMEA. The location is flexible within continental Europe, with Italy as the preferred location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Data Analytics.
• Strong understanding of MRP, production planning and supply chain processes in international settings.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Databricks, SAP/IBP; relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Proven project and change management skills with cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand and capacity outlook for EMEA by consolidating plant plans into regional/global views.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Materials, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Operations.
• Ensure alignment between SIOP and MRP forecasts, master schedules, and replenishment strategies.
• Support strategic initiatives including value stream mapping and production footprint changes.
• Contribute to development of global SIOP strategy and SAP IBP implementation across EMEA.
