Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor who leads with craft and heart to keep our coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community, delivering quality beverages and food to standard recipes while coaching a small team.

You will manage flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, maintain store policies, ensure safety, and provide outstanding customer service while building strong relationships with partners and guests.

Competenze

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Able to direct work of others and delegate tasks to a small team.
• Familiarity with store operating policies and standards.

Mansioni

• Lead shop floor operations to ensure quality beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Coach and coordinate tasks of two or more employees during shifts.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and adherence to store policies.
