As a Shift Maintenance Leader, you will oversee maintenance activities, intervention planning, and HR aspects in Ferrero's Alba plant. You’ll coordinate maintenance shifts, support project execution, and drive cost-effective maintenance to meet production targets. You’ll schedule predictive maintenance and manage on-call prioritization while upholding safety standards. This role offers cross-functional collaboration, international mobility potential, and a path to grow technical and managerial skills in a leading food company.

• Coordinate shifts for maintenance teams and support intervention execution
• Collaborate on new projects and define maintenance strategies
• Plan and manage periodic revision programs and various interventions (ordinary, extraordinary, soft)
